It is a classic sign of neurological crisis. And it is proof that invoking the 25th Amendment is imperative. And won’t happen. Any more than Trump realizing he already TOLD that lie.

...at the commodity level is $1.84 per gallon.
For gas to be $1.98, all taxes (road, sales, county, state, municipal), and whatever retail margin is taken would total 14 cents!
It really is an impossible number.
