Republicans Have 'Zero Interest' in Negotiating Health Care Subsidies, Says Jeffries - Balance of Power
(12/5/2025) House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, a Democrat from New York, says Republicans are not interested in negotiating an extension of Obamacare subsidies and have adopted a 'my way or the highway' approach to the funding fight. Jeffries also told Bloomberg's Joe Mathieu that Republicans have lied to voters about efforts to bring down cost of living.
