Doesn’t ’swapping ‘ , mean that Zelenskyy would get something in return?

Perhaps when Putin is defeated , Ukraine will swap staying alive for billions of dollars of war reparations!

The swap is that the savage, ruthless, Russian war criminals will not be hung up by their shoes, if they swap their wallets and resources ( cash, assets, businesses, yachts, tanks, jets, etc. )

I think that’s a better deal!
