Coca-Cola enemas in some cases--they may still do so for osmotic effects. I'm not saying it doesn't work and would be inappropriate in some instances, mind you, but it does seem unusual at a minimum. And with the original cocaine formulation, it would be like adding caffeine to the mix (which also works, btw).

So, brake-fluid-confusion? Well...
