One is under your personal area (the house), the other is on your hard disk. You may be looking in the wrong one. Try doing a spotlight search. It will bring up all the mentions of silverlight and tell you where they are. Look for the one in the plug-ins folder. Click on the plug-ins folder (that will take you to the folder) and then remove silverlight fom the folder.
