Perhaps a discussion on the traits of individual religious faiths isn’t for you. Start one on how all religions are bogus.
I can agree with atheists on their objections to each religions’ cult behavior and divorce from material logic and evaluation.
But isn’t that the point of a non-material, spiritual-based organization like a church, synagogue, mosque, temple, etc.? To be separate from the logic and measurements of flawed humans? To be an oasis in a desert of spiritual interaction?
Pointing out opposition to the entire concept is often valid but too broad to advance enlightenment on the subject. But each day like BSdetect I also question the existence of non-material humans and beings like I am accustomed to seeing here on Earth.
So, broadly speaking, I must seek answers from those exploring the subject, not those remaining in port to discourage others from building a boat to escape the horrors of so-called civilized life. It sucks. 😂
