I don't think "President Biden and VP Harris were just too dumb to realize the election was stolen," I think there was nothing they could have done.

But of course the Republicans are winning because of their various voter suppression tactics. Occasionally, they even admit it. My guess is that before long Trump will be bragging about it. He has already hinted at it a few times.

9. Voter intimidation is hard to prove unless there's evidence it was coordinated.

Likewise, disenfranchisement is also.
If the ballots or voting machines weren't actually tampered with, and a voter doesn't have an official record asking why s/he was stricken off voter rolls or turned away at the polls, it's really hard to prove the potential voter didn't actually care to turn in a ballot or stand in line to vote, and had just blown off the requirement to vote on time altogether.
That's what the GOP is counting on when they pull massive registration scrubs or polling site closures/moves in targeted districts at the last legal minute, or call in anonymous bomb threats.

By constantly talking about rigged elections the Republicans successfully maneuvered us into a weak position. They got us to vigorously defend the integrity of the elections, while they proceeded to rig elections every way they could.

The pattern should be so clear by now. Whenever Trump or his sycophants make wild accusations, they are actually revealing what they are doing. It is a clever trick and it keeps working.
