3. The TSF administration makes dishonest and disingenuous representation to the Court

In the birthright citizenship case, they are arguing lower court rulings shouldn't be binding on the entire nation. In the deportation case, they are arguing SCOTUS should have waited until lower courts weigh in.

2. What I don't understand is why he's holding back on the lower court decisions.

It seems to me that if he were to defy a court order, it would be the district court or the circuit court. Why wait to defy until the USSC? Unless he wants to look bad ass or something.
