RFK Jr. keeps putting his foot in his mouth after stepping in doodoo.

RFK Jr. calls autism an epidemic: It ‘dwarfs COVID’

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., in a new interview, said autism was an epidemic with an impact that surpasses the COVID-19 pandemic.

“This is an epidemic. It dwarfs the COVID epidemic and the impacts on our country because COVID killed old people. Autism affects children and affects them at the beginning of their lives, the beginning of their productivity,” Kennedy said during a Sunday interview with radio host John Catsimatidis on WABC 770 AM’s “The Cats Roundtable.”

“And it’s absolutely debilitating for them, their families, their communities,” he added.

His statements come after the secretary faced scrutiny earlier this week for claiming “autism destroys families” at a Wednesday press conference.

Speaking as one who has an autistic nephew, please STFU.

... because no one cares about Old People. They just drain the system. They are not workers - paying into the tax system. Worthless pieces of shit....

OK, he didn't say that, but he didn't need to. It was implied. Fucking Asshole

God forbid we should get anything back, including all the money that went into SS from decades of our paychecks!

Not to mention all the contributions we made to our society and economy, through our work, raising our kids to be decent humans, or just going to stores and buying stuff! (And most of us are still doing the latter as retirees.)

Thats the only semi-good thing I can say about him, and it's a very, very low bar!

Oh, one other thing: his cousins have said they love him even though they hate what he's doing and think he's nuts! Nice going, Bob!

It's a genetic disorder with thousands of variations and one magic pill isn't going to magically solve it.

This is straight Nazi level eugenics here. RFK Jr should be rotting in prison. The man is criminally insane.

Didnt he (RFK Jr) say recently that autistic kids will never (paraphrasing here...) work, add to the tax system or write poems....

He is vile, totally disgusting. This is simply NOT TRUE.

15. Value of people to the GOP
Mon Apr 21, 2025, 09:00 AM
Monday

To the GOP, and not coincidentally, to Nazis, the value of a person is only defined on what they can provide to the ruling class.

What RFK Jr. is talking about reeks of eugenics. And it's at the core of the GOP's world view. That a human being only has value if they can work for the oligarchy. It informs their views on virtually every social policy. It's why they want social security to end, because people who are retired are of no use to the billionaire class anymore, the rich no longer benefit from their labor.

It's binary to them, you're either making the rich and powerful more rich and powerful, or you're worthless to them and should be dead.

19. And we know he wasn't raised that way!

Just look at his parents, his uncles, and the rest of the Kennedy clan, including his own siblings. Most of them have grown up to be productive and highly principled members of society, both because and in spite of the wealth and privilege they were born into. Because that's how they were raised.

He doesn't even have Trump's excuse of being born into a family headed by a psychopathic father (per niece Mary L. Trump) who valued nothing except money and did his best to teach his children to do the same. He was born into a family who had money but were taught the value of serving others. I'm sure it was traumatic to lose his father the way he did, but he's not the only one who experienced that.
