2. Hardcore white wingers would support that. But I think all Democrats and 30+% of GOPers would revolt.

The Court is across the street from the Capitol. The U.S.C.P would intercede

The SCUSPD is the Primary for the Court, the US Marshall's are an executive branch agency with a Presidential appointee that oversees them. If POTUS ordered the attack, it may take the Marshall's a while to get there, much like the National Guard showing up at the Capitol at about 5:30 on 1/6 after order had already been restored. Unlike states, the DC Guard fell under the President at the time.

The Court has its own police force to protect them and I believe that the US Marshals are sometimes assigned to protect the Justices when they travel. Why would Trump call the J6ers when he could just order the Marshals to remove the Justices? Trump now considers himself to be the federal law.

After all, Seal Team 88 could do a better false flag job, and the ones left behind have already given their permission.

...is how a thriller movie would plot it out anyway.

PS: Anyone wanting to take your mind off this mess, Stacey Abrams has a series of three Supreme Court-adjacent thrillers: While Justice Sleeps, Rogue Justice, and, coming out this summer, Coded Justice. Really well done, I thought.

6. When rioters stormed the Capitol on 1/6, the SCOTUS building had FBI snipers on the roof.

Other buildings were similarly protected. Why they hadn't done the same at the Capitol before it was too late to bring them in, I've never understood.

Once one of the intruders was shot, their courage drained away pretty quickly. What would have happened if snipers had picked off some of those who charged the barricades ?

Of course, with one of Turnip's lickspittles in charge of the FBI -- and far away in Las Vegas -- we couldn't count on that happening now.

Sam Alito and the Cookie Monster

Sam reminded his little Donnie that he was NOT allowed to have a cookie and put the cookie jar on the high shelf.

When Sam returned, he was shocked to see the cookie jar shattered on the floor and all the cookies gone.

Sam was angry when he found little Donnie, covered with cookie crumbs, shards of ceramic on the floor, and with chocolate chips smeared on his face, but then Sam thought...

I told little Donnie he "couldn't have a cookie", I never said; "he couldn't have all the cookies."

Then Sam thought; I told little Donnie he could "use the stepladder to reach high objects, so, he was authorized to use the stepladder".

Sam was perplexed. Using the stepladder was an official act, so, how can I hold little Donnie accountable for engaging in an official act?

Sam decided to ask his wife to decide the matter, after all, she would be back from her trip in a few months. What's the harm in waiting on such a complex and difficult decision?

Sam was further confused:

- When I set the "no cookie rule", did I specifically name little Donnie? Maybe it wasn't "clear" the rule applied to little Donnie, because I didn't specifically mention him by name?

- What if little Donnie really wanted the cookies, and the relevant concern would be the actions he might be compelled to engage in to get the cookies?

Sam puzzled and puzzled til his puzzler was sore and decided to sleep on these "weighty questions".

In the middle of the night, little Donnie snuck into Sams room and murdered Sam in his sleep.

As Sam's life was waining and his last breath was leaving him, Sam thought; "maybe this is an official act."

And I think the military would.

He's going to have members of our government murdered soon. How the GOP reacts to it will determine the fate of our country.
