That's why I think, paradoxically, the faster and worse these economics get, the sooner that will happen, and the easier it will be for us to come back from it.

A long, slow decline will be much worse for us.

Lobby for commitments to impeach and remove 47 and his co-conspirator Vance. Work to see that Trumpublicans are voted out in 2026.

This is a fight for our national soul. It is something we must take on however slight we think the chances of removal in 2027 (or even sooner) may be. The only thing that guarantees failure is not bothering to try.

For far too long the Democratic Party has immorally followed the path of "can't win, won't fight" on questions of moral principle that demand a fight, win or lose.

That must end now.

I know we all wish for it daily, but it just isn't an option at the present time. Republicans will never vote for it unless things get so much worse that their base is calling for it.
