Guilty no matter what

The audacity and ignorance of this statement is stunning and absolutely terrifying

An official with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement acknowledged that "many" of the men lack criminal records in the United States -- but said that "the lack of specific information about each individual actually highlights the risk they pose" and "demonstrates that they are terrorists with regard to whom we lack a complete profile".

Think about what is being said here. It has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. It's only about sending black and brown people to foreign torture prisons forever.

... and he's trying to validate his imaginary "immigrant crime wave" demagoguery by finding "terrorists" everywhere he looks, and he's throwing red meat to his cult of bigots by severely punishing as many as possible. It's a trifecta for a psychopath.

This reminds me of the Salem Witch Trials. Throw a woman in the water. If she survives, she is a witch. If she drowns, she was not a witch.
