I stand with Harvard
In 1983, SCOTUS ruled that a common law interest was served by revoking Bob Jones University's tax-exempt status for mandating that its Black and White students couldn't date. That is the precedent MAGA is relying on to remove Harvard's tax-exempt status. That is the hill on which the fascist regime chooses to die.
