Live: NYPD update on Tren de Aragua gang charges FOX 5 DC

Will this lead to due process in court or will this proceed directly to deportations? The rogues gallery of Homan and Adams do not inspire confidence based on their actions so far. They had better start building cases and proceeding with due process instead of skipping due process and effectively saying "Just trust us that we are accusing and deporting these people properly."

It is hard to see who the actual public safety threat is when these people (like Homan and possibly also Adams) are so willing to cut corners and have had as many documented fuck-ups of late as these people have had.

Homan keeps saying "...obviously...simple...it's logic...." He is not a trustworthy person in this role. He seems to prefer to pretend he is an unaccountable sheriff from the Old West. (What was it he said about not caring about the courts again?) Adams also does not inspire confidence. (How again did he escape being prosecuted by the DOJ in the last few months?)

They ask effectively, "Which side are you on?" and allude to the "American Dream". Well, the "American Dream" means following the US Constitution and carrying out due process with no shortcuts.
