A new Reuters-Ipsos poll finds President Trump’s public approval rating edged down to 42% — its lowest level since his return to the White House — as Americans showed signs of wariness over his efforts to broaden his power.

Also interesting: Some 83% said that the U.S. president must obey federal court rulings even if he doesn’t want to.
