Did You Ever Think Other Countries Would Issue Travel Warnings To Travel To The U.S.

I mean the UK, New Zealand, Germany are issuing travel warnings to the US because of unrest and visa issues and more.

I mean years ago when I was still working and we were mandated to go overseas, our company gave us warnings where to not go and what to not do in countries like Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, UAE, Peru, Columbia. Now, this was 25 years ago. We had a member of our crew who was greeted at the airport in Columbia by someone who said he was the driver for our company. They took him out into the country, robbed him, and killed him.

Now our country is unsafe thanks to Krasnov and a reich wing Supreme Court, reich wing billionaires, and reich wing MSM.

I am taking some time to process this.

Wow, how times have changed.

Are We Great yet?

The fact that someone could start shooting quite frankly scares them.

Truly ironic given the MAGA slogan.

of buying guidebooks about travel in the United States when I've visited other countries. I buy them in the language of the country I'm in, if I read that language.

You'd be surprised about the cautionary warnings to tourists coming to the United States. You might not know about those if you didn't read a book written for people in other countries.

Guns are a common topic. Unrest in various cities in the USA is dealt with by warning people not to go to some places in those cities. Other things, like the inability of people in the USA to speak any language but English is covered, too. In one, I was warned that I shouldn't attempt to change currency to US dollars anywhere except at the airport. I didn't really understand that, until I wanted some Turkish Lira when I was on my way to Turkey while in the USAF. I thought, "Well, I'll drop by my Bank of America branch and change some money before I go, for cab fares and tips." Guess what? Nobody at my bank had any idea how to do that. So, I changed some money when I landed in Istanbul at an unfavorable rate of exchange.

People are being warned. You just aren't aware of it.

I know the US depends a lot on tourism, the US has become a service industry.

The sheet is going to hit the fan.

We're not really very friendly to foreign tourists here. We don't speak their languages. We don't want to meet foreigners. We just look at them funny.

"Particularly in terms of homicide rates. El Salvador has seen a dramatic reduction in violent crime, especially gang-related activity, making it one of the safest countries in the Western Hemisphere. While some areas in El Salvador still have higher crime rates, overall, it's now much safer than many major US cities"
