Adrienne Adams gains support from AG James in mayor's race

"So she's stepping up at a time of chaos and confusion. Not out of political motivation or political revenge or even redemption, but a commitment to proudly state and proudly defend, out loud, this city," James said at the announcement.

"We dont need chaos we dont need ego we need leadership that puts people first," Adams said.

But I do know that Curtis Sliwa and Eric Adams will not be the next Mayor.

I know opinions on Cuomo are mixed but he is the frontrunner, he has faithful supporters and obviously name recognition. With rank based voting he will probably win unless there is a coalescing around a different candidate.
