What about those others without criminal records, who were sent to CECOT

on the spurious claims about their tattoos and little else? It seems they have been forgotten.

This case will be the standard for all of the others shipped off to El Salvador without due process.

Once that case is resolved cases for the others will begin.

Yesterday

Many of those swept up had no criminal records and had asylum cases and dates pending. Many also had less reasons to believe they were in a gang than Garcia. It troubles me that we see no news stories of them.
