A Department of Labor memo warned that speaking to press or anyone outside of the agency about agency business could lead to criminal charges.

Sent by Jihun Han, Chief of Staff to Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer, cautions staff against speaking to journalists.

Fired, yes. Jail for talking that isn't actually Classified?
There's a lot of stretching of definitions of what a classified documents is - "Contract NDAs" covering information disclosure made to avoid avoid embarrassment or civil liability can't be considered Classified under a criminal code.
They're Agreements for a contract at a civil level and contestable if things fall apart. Not the actual legally bound Contract.
