The Trump Organization is now selling 'Trump 2028' hats. The Constitution says he can't serve a 3rd term.

While President Trump continues to muse about the possibility of serving more than two terms in office, the Trump Organization is teasing the idea by offering "Trump 2028" hats in its online store.

"The future looks bright! Rewrite the rules with the Trump 2028 high crown hat. Fully embroidered with a snap closure in the back, this will become your new go-to hat," the product description reads alongside an image of the president's son Eric Trump donning the red-and-white baseball cap, which is priced at $50.

"Due to high demand, please allow 5-10 business days to process prior to shipping," the listing adds.

Trump is the second U.S. president ever to serve a second, nonconsecutive term in the White House. The only other president to do so was Grover Cleveland, who served from 1885 to 1889 and again from 1893 to 1897.

Just another money-making scam.

It says no person can be elected three times

The 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1951, establishes term limits for the presidency. It states that no person shall be elected president more than twice, and that no person who has served as president for more than two years of a term to which someone else was elected can be elected more than once.

No serious person interpreting it that way.

The constitution also says nobody ineligible to be elected president can serve as vice president.

Trump will not be the GOP nominee in 2028, and somebody not named Trump will be inaugurated as president (and VP) on January 20 2029.

This is likely some of Trump’s fascist goons trying to be ‘provocative.’

Second, who among Trump’s fascist goons believe Trump needs to be ‘elected’ to serve a third term – they hate democracy and the Constitution as much as Trump.
