Rape is about domination and humiliation...

So I guess the take-away is that noted humanitarian Vladimir Putin is to be applauded by showing grace and mercy by only wanting to keep the areas of Ukraine he's already invaded.
And that's exactly the way I'd expect a rapist who is also a Russian asset (*****ALLEGEDLY*****) to process this.
