Republicans are approaching their last opportunity to get off the train.

Because, we are near the point where there is no turning back and there are no more stops for them to get off the train that is hellbent on destroying our country and our democracy. There is no putting Humpty back together again once Ol' 47 goes off the track.

It is decision time for Republicans. They must act now before we all witness the wreck of the Ol' 47.

They think they have more time but they do not.

They must act or we may see the end of our democracy.

It is not a game. It is reality.

We live with our decisions.

An authoritarian dictatorship is the ONLY way their choices become mandates, i.e., take away the choice from The People.

Democracy is not their friend.

Democracy is their business. I’m talking about Rethugs holding office. Once Democracy is gone, so is their sweet, sweet, thing.

I still believe that self interest will determine the end game here. It will cease to be “us or them” . It will be “TSF or us”. If TSF’s dictatorship takes hold, they are ALL EXPENDABLE. That includes the SCOTUS.

Their bottomless self interest will save us from total collapse of the system. Unfortunately, the recovery will be difficult once the spell breaks.

just MHO. Thanks for listening.

I think you may be right, about some of them anyway. I think we see (most in) the Supreme Court deciding this. Why not others?

They’re WAY too determined to jam their self-made poisons down our throats.

They may not want to be too close by when that vile mess comes back up.

I suggested he'd do better to get up and tear up the tracks.

If that's no good, blow the bridges. They're clearly all in.

in spite of what they lament behind closed doors, in their heart of hearts WANT a dictatorship. And they'll still have their jobs even if the democracy is lost. Rome still had the senate under the emperor, just as Russia has the Duma under Putin.

and the start of a civil rebellion.

Aside from the traitors who want it, I doubt many Americans are going to be happy walking around in a Trump police state after nearly 250 years of freedom.
