What I would like to see changed with these presidential pardons:

Pardons should be limited to the last month of a presidential term because Trump is using the pardons as leverage to make money for himself. He has a pay to play game going on that seems to defy any ethical or moral boundaries ever established.

So, we need to set standards to avoid the gift store set up in the Oval Office. The man does not know how to govern to protect us all. He only knows how to grift to enrich himself.
