Even if SCOTUS backs them off this arrest the judges shit, this country has crossed the Rubicon. How the hell do we recover from this?

to arrest that specific immigrant, than the Wisconsin judge was under no obligation to have the immigrant leave her courtroom through the door which ICE preferred to give them easier access to him.

Any charges against her should be thrown out of court before trial, though the point is to intimidate people, not to follow the law. I hope she is able to countersue and bring charges for wrongful arrest.
