Orange anus' DOJ just made the biggest mistake they could, creating a martyr

ICE just arrested a Milwaukee judge for protecting an immigrant from ICE agents.

Orange anus just completed his honeymoon 100 days and now the real fucking begins.

Not that I want to give advice to degenerate politicians, but creating a symbol around which the majority of Americans will rally against the current administration is stupid even for the orange anus…well maybe not.

The orange anus administration has proven and admitted that they can’t be trusted with providing due process to arrested immigrants so it is the very BASIC responsibility of courts to provide that protection.

Anus’ across America will come to regret this action. Hopefully sooner than later.

First off, the immigrant in question was not a violent criminal, and second, whether or not the judge was "harboring" that individual as DOJ alleges is a matter of definition and has yet to be proven. Even if it turns out that the judge was helping this immigrant to evade arrest by ICE, how is this different from Nazi Germany when German citizens who were part of the resistance harbored Jews and helped them evade arrest by the Gestspo (synonymous with ICE) and then were themselves then arrested for harboring those who the Third Reich branded as criminals?

This arrest of a sitting judge represents a huge step forward for the fascist regime which continues to expand its power and reach. We the people cannot stay silent. We must fight this evil!

This was very carefully executed and the judge was picked carefully to make an example out of.

We're way past it already, the Executive branch no longer respects the judiciary. Trump could arrest a hundred judges and no one will do anything to stop him.

threats and doxxing that may necessitate moving from their homes.

--Hundreds of potentially innocent men are languishing in El Salvador, where they don't even get a change of clothes unless a loved one buys it for them;

--Hundreds of citizens are receiving "you got 7 days to leave the U. S." notices and must needlessly hire lawyers;

--Tens of thousands have been arbitrarily fired from their jobs just as prices fix to skyrocket.

Meanwhile, TSF leaves to go put on a show at Pope Francis's funeral.

tried to intimidate, delegitimize, smear, or otherwise lie about those in the judicial system. And discuss ALL the times the WH has attempted to increase the power of the WH both legally and not. Then discuss his disorders and sociopathies which give rise to this kind of behavior.

Context please...this is not an isolated incident.

And how was Kash Patel involved, exactly?

misdemeanor cases? Did Patel direct the arrest? Was he told by WH to facilitate the arrest? Did Patel know ahead of time that this particular immigrant would be in the courtroom of this particular defender-of-the-vulnerable judge and that ICE would be there as well? Did ICE plan this in multiple other courts hoping a judge would ask questions? How many courtroom has ICE shown up in with administrative warrants instead of judicial warrants? Did Patel sign the administrative warrant? Or is it usually judicial warrants. My understanding is that this breaks DOJ policy and maybe a judge understands that....so why would felony charges be brought? Who controls the courtroom...the judge or an ICE agent with an administrative warrant?

...is my point.

In my books he's a bat shit crazy man and as far as he's concerned the FBI is just another agency who does anything for Trump. Just as the DOJ is nothing more than Trumps legal services.

Just like the so-called Signalgate and every other egregious thing these people have done. Most people aren’t even going to hear about this and half of those who do are going to be cheering for it.

There are no martyrs here. This isn’t going to be a catalyst for some mass changing of minds. The only people who will protest are the same people who always do.

I’m sorry to say that everyone is just going to continue on with their lives. No one cares.
