The Turd just plain missed that step with his right foot -- utterly misjudged the placement of his full foot on that stair step. That's caused by cognitive difficulties of not being fully attuned to time and place and what you are doing to the most remedial tasks of brain functioning -- walking/stepping. I wonder what a neurologist would say about this video? The cerebellum, located at the back of the brain, is responsible for controlling walking and balance. The Turd has significant deficits in doing these things -- remember the garbage truck incident during the campaign where the Turd similarly exhibited such motor deficits?

It happens often enough that I haven't answered "no" to the medical visit question, "Have you fallen in the last X months?" in longer than I can remember. I used to reset the clock every time I fell - but the number of months they ask about isn't consistent any more (it now ranges from 2 to 12). But even if it is only 2 months, chances are near 100% that I've fallen in that window.
