The 'Law & Order in Chief'

https://thefulcrum.us/rule-of-law/trump-lawsuits-2025 (April 22, 2025)

..during President Biden's first 100 days, there were fewer than 50 lawsuits filed against his administration. Similarly, President Obama faced around 30 legal challenges in the same timeframe.

Since January 2025, over cases 186 legal actions have been filed against the Trump administration. These lawsuits challenge various executive orders and actions, including immigration policies and the use of the Alien Enemies Act. For example, Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell alone has filed 11 lawsuits targeting issues like birthright citizenship and federal worker firings.

This surge in litigation reflects the contentious nature of Trump's policies and executive orders.

That was during the first '100 days.' Currently there are 250+ cases being tracked.

Total number of cases currently tracked: 269 (including 10 closed cases).

Trump's 'contentious nature' of leadership is an understatement...as I type, he's mulling over invoking the Insurrection Act to shut down the protests in LA, that he alone, created...

He is many things but presidential is not one of them...
