Watching CNN: Throwing water bottles at law enforcement is stupid.

It is just fucking stupid and it pisses me off that people are doing this It. What do people think this accomplishes other than provoking a response and giving Trump an excuse to turn L.A. into the first front of a military dictatorship.

Seriously, throwing stuff at cops is a felony. There is no excuse for not remaining peaceful.

It "is a felony." Oh, no. Sometimes people want to point out that, again, cops are being bastards. What should one do to the arm of fascism? How does one properly protest that in your eyes.

I applaud them for having the bravery to do this. Your mileage seems to vary.

I'm not convinced that violence is not the ultimate agenda of this administration, and ithat being the case, singing kumbayah will hold the same result as throwing a plastic bottle

They're generally in the minority and there's nothing you can do to prevent them from doing what they want to do.

It's very hard to prevent them from doing what they do. For me I'm fine with kicking smoke canisters out of the way & blocking the road for a short time. I don't approve of burning cars, assaulting people & throwing rocks

What's to say these guys aren't members of a Trump-supporting militia throwing the bottles to give Trump an excuse to declare martial law?
