to dissolve Congress. Once a leader decides to take over, one other the first is putting military on the streets, turning off the
power to their national legislative branch and then dissolving it.
It seems like this coming weekend might be a good time, just going on how it was recently tried in S Korea and how it was done a few years ago in Thailand.

I think he could do like the president of S. Korea did in December, turn off the utilities to the parliament building. Something that Trump could do easily and easily cancel their pay through the Department of Personnel Management which Elon has already raided.
