I read here on DU earlier that a president needs to give a country a 60 day warning/notice to negotiate in order to go to Congress for approval to declare war. I tried to find a source where this was documented or a link and I couldnt find one, just some bullshit claims by MF that he did give 60 days notice. Can anyone enlighten me on this?

It took China 4-5 weeks to develop a nuclear weapon after having enough enriched uranium.
Im getting more on board with this. Israel should have gone in on foot and done it themselves. But Iran needs to stop for our own safety.
