Are there mercenaries and bounty hunters out there grabbing people off the street?

If so, who is paying them? Is there a paper trail? Is it even the governnent? Also, do they have any kind of credentials, or are they just cosplaying randos?

What you call a contract with Eric Prince to deport 100,000 people? Of course no one is investigating these goons so it's pretty hard to prove anything.

All I know is when I see these mercenaries on TV they aren't wearing proper uniforms, and the masks add a nice touch.

Occam's Razor, why should anyone believe they are legitimate?
