Not only did he feel the need to use a Sharpie to “doctor” a hurricane forecast map,

but according to Axios in August, 2019, Trump suggested the idea during a hurricane briefing at the White House, saying something along the lines of “They start forming off the coast of Africa, as they’re moving across the Atlantic, we drop a bomb inside the eye of the hurricane and it disrupts it. Why can’t we do that.” People in the room were stunned!

He’s a loony!

2. Not just a "bomb," but a "nuke..." If that came from an 8 yo, I might be less surprised, but

I'd be quite concerned about increasing his/her understanding of science and history.
