"... [Increase] SCOTUS to at least 100 Justices, with randomly selected pools of 9 to hear each case ..."

I've said it before, I'll say it again: pitch it as increasing SCOTUS to at least 100 Justices, with randomly selected pools of 9 to hear each case, such that no single Justice matters so much.

There should be an earnest call to pack the courts by Dem leadership. It should be a thought out campaign to explain to the American people why it’s necessary.

It would be very different if the Supreme Court merely chose the cases to hear and handled emergency order, but the cases themselves would be heard by randomly assigned appeals court justices.

It can all be done remotely so why not? Just add a couple judges to each appellate court for the extra workload.

Cases would then be heard on merit rather than chosen to be heard based on likely result knowing who's deciding it.

It would upend a lot about how things get done (or not done) at the Supreme Court ....
