He Couldn't Govern-

He wrote hundreds of Executive Actions against the American people.
He decided to have Congress take the rap for his Big Beastly Bill
So he decided to become a 'Wartime President'.
Oh but that's a step too far?
We need a much better system for ousting insane precedents
other than the 25th Amendment Congress won't even invoke!

The plight of the working class means nothing. The struggle of minorities are off the table. And the free world is not his concern. That would be governing.

This administration is about compliance to his orders and whims. That's all.
