I went through the list of at risk hospitals if the butt ugly bill passes and there's a big thing repukes are missing

And it's going to bite them hard IMO (yes I know they don't care). That is IF we have another REAL election!

From that list about 75% "at risk" ones are in areas that are hit by 90% of non-hurricane severe weather including Tornado's, severe hail, severe thunderstorm winds and severe flooding. The number one killer's in Tornado's and Severe thunderstorm winds (>55mph sustained) are head injuries and severe contusions from flying debris, especially glass. These small hospitals act like war time Trauma Centers in these events. Without them more people will die from bleeding and head trauma due to glass and debris flying around at 150mph.

Many of them also act as intermediate Trauma Centers in general to stabilize patients before a helicopter or ambulance can get them to a proper facility. These are consequences people don't think about until it happens to them. Their Dad dies because it was a 3 hour ride just to get him stabilized at a proper facility. They can't build enough ambulances and/or helicopters to cover these areas. They aren't hospitals that do surgery or organ transplants or cancer/disease treatments etc, or even broken bones. They are MASH units, Trauma Centers, for the rural areas to simply stabilize patients that need further treatment.

I know for a fact that, while not on that list, the 2 small Trauma Center hospitals within 20 miles of me will close in the second year of the passage of this bill. If that happens there will be 500sq miles around here without sufficient emergency medicine to stabilize and save someone's life.

This is what happens when children run the show. 10's of thousands will die while states are denied the right to collect sales tax on weapon silencers amongst the other insanity in this thing. The outright greedy thoughtless sociopathy just boggles the mind, the sane mind that is.

Thanx to kerry_is_my_prez for the link to the list!!!

Why should I worry? Never thinking every hospital in their state depends on Medicaid reimbursements. And when the day comes it will be the democrats fault. Conservatism is a mental illness.

They believe their own propaganda, and fail to take into account
that the majority of people who depend on medicaid and SNAP are WHITE people,
and a hell of a lot of those were Trump/Republican voters...

This is by design. This is what they want and what their voters demand.

They are just that miserable.

If your small-town hospital closes, whatever industrial manufacturers exist in the area will see their insurance rates jump sky high. They will then look to close, move somewhere else that has a hospital or move overseas.

Losing your hospital kills the economy of your town. There is no refining this. It is flat out true.
