(3,120 posts)that were in place before because there are simply not enough "qualified" individuals out there to meet their hiring quotas. Normally it was a minimum of police academy and 2 years on the job experience. I've been watching the reddit ICE_ERO thread I think it's called and they are dropping the academic requirements, no polygraph requirement, no actual active duty police requirement or at a minimum 6 months of either police or a job in private "security". Ex-military and you're golden, instant job. In other words you could be a lying parking garage guard making 20 bucks an hour and become an ICE agent making at least 25-30 an hour and get to play Call of Duty for real without getting shot. I did read experience matters on when you get a loaded weapon or some crazy shit but you still get a license to freely punch and body drop defenseless individuals onto concrete. You can even tell by the way these assholes manhandle people in these videos the closest thing to training they get is a weekend back yard UFC ring. It's absurdly dangerous and innocent people are going to die.
This is why they are masked. Yes, they don't want people to know who these goons are because they may have been stocking shelves 6 months ago at the Home Depot that they just beat the shit out of people in the parking lot!!
