After the story broke this morning that the Justice Dept is going to interview Maxwell,
he wrote: "So instead of releasing the Epstein Files which contain all the evidence in the case, Trump is going to try and release grand jury transcripts that contain far less than 1% of the evidence, & secure a statement from Maxwell who has every incentive to lie for a sentence reduction."
The corporate media will do everything they can to ignore these two obvious points, however.

(22,943 posts)to put it mildly, but Dem should be screaming about his efforts to distract and how compromised any Maxwell testimony would be.

(22,943 posts)right? Usonian just posted a great OP about the Dems getting ahead of this story now. They should be setting the narrative now instead of reacting in September or whenever.

Prisoner Maxwell, your honesty in this interview impresses me. I know you didn't ask for this, but I will initiate a request to the president for a pardon. You need to understand, he is very stingy with pardons so don't get your hopes up. He has only issued about 1,600 so far in the first month of his office.
