Small eye openings, thin upper lip are a couple of others.

If not full FAS, possibly one of the related fetal alcohol exposure syndromes.

did drink. It wasn't until the 1970's or 1980's before the dangers of drinking for pregnant women were really studied, and pregnant women were told not to drink during pregnancy.
