Add his declining health and dying poll numbers and psychologically we have an extremely dangerous demon running the country.

In true tRump style, as he gets sicker and realizes he is going to die soon and will loss the midterms with his low polling numbers he will accept he is finally going OUT, through death and politically, he will destroy the country as he feels "Americans" have destroyed him.

It is all about him. If he is going to die, then why not do every vengeful thing possible as a final act.
