Massachusetts judge apologizes to conservative justices - Gorsuch and Kavanaugh can kiss my Italian ass!

"Since the beginning of President Donald Trump’s second term, the Supreme Court’s conservative majority has sided with the White House in nearly every case it has considered.

But it has done so relatively opaquely through more than a dozen emergency orders -- unsigned opinions issued relatively quickly and without oral argument.

Emergency orders are intended to be temporary, outlining whether a policy can be implemented while its legality is still being litigated. In practicality, the court’s orders -- often encompassing a few paragraphs and little legal reasoning -- have allowed the deportation of hundreds of thousands of people and the elimination of billions in government spending."

So let me get this straight these so-called emergency orders do not set precedent, yet Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are chastising Judge William G. Young of the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts for not treating their emergency orders as precedent?!?

We all know why the conservatives are taking this route. They never want to allow a Democrat to exercise the same autocratic power they've given to Donnie Rotten.

Gorsuch shouldn't even be on this court, so he's a fraud and Kavanaugh is a beer drinking lush who sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford.

The arrogance of these two is beyond the pale.

BTW; Judge Young is a Reagan appointee, so he's not a liberal by any stretch.

3. The Boston Herald is the conservative Boston paper.

The Boston Globe in general is a very good liberal paper and John Henry is no friend of Trump. (You might be thinking of Robert Kraft, until recently owner of the Boston Patriots. He is tight with Trump.)
John Henry is a Democratic donor.
He owns the Boston Globe, the Boston Red Sox, the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Liverpool Football Club.
It is true that the Red Sox did visit the White House in 2019 after winning the 2018 World Series. Several players of color and Alex Cora then team manager and a Puerto Rican by birth, chose not to attend.

And backed Trump in 2024.

He is a complete sellout and the Globe has been staunchly conservative attacking Dems in MA for the last two years. Wake up!

5. Not much of an "apology". In the south, we'd describe that as a "Bless their hearts"

Judge Young said on Tuesday that he had not realized he was expected to rely on a slim three-page order issued with minimal legal reasoning in April to his case dealing with a different agency

In the Navy, we'd say that this judge had mastered the "ability to tell someone to fuck-off to Hell, and have them smile and be on their way".
