today. He said that there has been lots of speculation on the internet about trump's health, but "Newsflash, trump's health is good" (paraphrased). Tapper then had Sanjay Gupta on to explain chronic venous insufficiency. I turned it off so I don't know how he explained the bruised hands or verbal tirades.
Edit to add to correct my "paraphrase" and the "offense" it caused: Yes, I agree Tapper is one "False and misleading" mofo. trump is not "fine". If you're talking about me - No - I stand by my paraphrased "trump's health is good" as opposed to "he's fine". Tapper said it in a way to "correct the record" of all the internet speculation - he wants to reassure everyone that "he's fine".
And thank you for bringing up that clip. I need to learn how to do that. Maybe when winter keeps me indoor a bit more here in So.Cal I'll devote some time to it.

(4,880 posts)that trump's "fine". We can't believe our lying eyes. We need to cut the speculation. Tapper said "Newsflash, he's fine". That's not too different from my paraphrased "Newsflash, trump's health is good". Tapper is a trump apologist.

(8,092 posts)Maybe the press just got tired of airbrushing the wrinkles, and haven't learned how to AI yet. But, he looks like he is on steroids. I've never seen someone go downhill this fast in the looks department.
His puffy face, falling jowls, and swollen ankles do not point to great health. Sure, we all get there as we age. And, that right hand definitely said that he had something done. Labs drawn, fluids on board, some kind of treatment. He could have just bumped the back of his hand, but that just shows fragility. We have all seen this type of bruise on some old person we have known. There's just no reason to lie about it.
He is older, his looks are failing, yet he continues to try to appear the young stud. His diet, sleep habits, and overall stress says he hasn't a great chance of living ten more years.
There's got to be some reason JD met secretly with someone, took eight vacations, and recently said he was ready to take over, just in case.
I'm usually not picky when I see an older version of someone--what do people want, really-- but, rumpy looks fatter, puffier, and way worse than, say, Obama or Biden. Not sure why the press is trying to claim that he doesn't look ill. And he doesn't seem to rebound. Maybe a little at the last presser, but still looking bad.

(467 posts)Tapper said Newsflash, hes fine in response to rumors he was dead. Was fine the right word? When compared to dead maybe. At no point did he say Trumps health is good as you quoted.
Sanjay Gupta explained how they at cnn talk to all kinds of doctors about whats going on. He mentioned chronic vein insufficiency, and said the evidence available tracks with that. At no point did he say this is the definitive diagnosis.
Gupta also said there has been some bad info put out by Trumps doctors. Tapper followed it up and said we are not getting a complete picture.
Heres the entire clip:

(467 posts)Outraged that a simple fact-check called out your misinformation. Rather than correct it, youre standing by it and doubling down. Sounds like a certain buddy of Epsteins in the WH right now.
Carry on with the lies!

(4,880 posts)a few years. Thank you for grammar/punctuation correction.
Im leaving it as is because the meaning and sentiment is so similar. Tapper said it to assure all the doubters that trump is fine. BUT Biden, thats a different story. Tapper had to write a fucking book dissing him. Tapper is a fucking trump butt kisser.

(4,998 posts)Perfectly fine to paraphrase. Not perfectly fine to put the paraphrase in quotes. For the sake of accuracy and truth in posting, either directly quote him or paraphrase but remove the quotes.
