Bwaaah Joe Scum who actually said 'speaking Hispanic' earlier is now

Having a perfect white Alabama racist moment with Eddie Glaude on city safety.
If Eddie had a shred of self awareness he’d walk off the set.

helped to get us here. If he had any principles he wouldn't go on that show but he cares more about being famous.

I was so angry and kept waiting for normal voices to intervene. I’m not an Eddie Glaude fan but Joe treated him poorly. And then he capped it off by calling him “condescending” to the citizens of Washington, followed by calling him “my friend.” No, Eddie, Joe is not your friend. I kept waiting for Eddie to leave.

JFC. I lived in NYC during " Giuliani time" - the times that people love to quote as proof that over policing black neighborhoods solves crime. Joe quoted this time during his whitesplaining. Its BS.
You know what else happened during that time? Bill Clinton. A better economy. More jobs. New businesses. I went to college during that time as a young single mother because of programs in place to pay for daycare while I went to college. Many others took advantage of programs to go back to school. Less opportunity, less jobs, = more poverty = more crime. Eddie is not wrong. Sending more police is not the answer.

a good economy and general decline of crime all over the country. As well as the 5,000 cops hired by the Dinkens administration.

puts words in their mouths/reframes everything they are trying to say to make them the "boogie man..."

Yes, his racism emerges not infrequently. His refusal to let the Chicago mayor make clear in what context more police could be useful (community policing, etc, but only with concurrent efforts to deal with the social issues that are at an explosive level, including lack of housing, cost of food, and essentials, lack of opportunities)...

Yes, Eddie Glaud is a Princeton academic, but he is also a black man with prior experience, which infuriated Scab. So, that lived experience was not something the little disgusting Joe Scab was going to let him express.

Will Joe be part of MSNOW?
