Why it matters that last week, it was thought that TSF was very very ill.

Incapacitated means indefinitely out-of-commission. Not like he had a headache today, he took an aspirin and was back at work tomorrow.

Incapacitated means that TSF can't pick up the phone and tell any wayward Republican in the House that he would be primaried for not wholly agreeing with him.

Incapacitated means that TSF can't threaten to withhold money from universities, the media, the states arbitrarily.

Incapacitated means no rage posts on Truth Social.

Incapacitated means no more Executive Orders.

Incapacitated means his reign of terror is over before 2026 or his inevitable death.

Game Over.

That's why so many of us had our hopes up last week.

OK, so he's still functional this morning. But that too can't be guaranteed forever.
