Something like “We’re glad to see president trump has adopted the Biden administration’s plans for peace.” But I know that’s not going to happen.

Israel hasn't gotten the same level of backlash, further damage was done to whatever is left of Hamas, Israel hadn't tried to blow up people in peace talks. It's not just a plan, but timing and outside events matter. That said we also have no proof this peace will last. During a previous ceasefire Israel launched attacks. I don't think anyone deserves credit for solving this yet because peace isn't a one step thing. After all the war to end all wars didn't mean WWII wast't coming.

That said this is a good first step and I don't care who gets credit for it. The genocide needs to stop, Hamas and their allies need to stop. Gaza needs to be rebuilt and Israeli hostages need to return home. And all the victims on both sides need to get help for their trauma so we can stop this cycle. I would have preferred that happen under Biden's or a Harris presidency if it had to drag on because I think either would better manage the next steps in Gaza, but if the violence stops for at least a prolonged period, I don't care if Trump gets credit.
