We are faced with two outcomes from the Supreme court's ruling on Trump tariffs

Rule against tariffs-the US government has to pay back a lot of money-bad economic consequences. Since many businesses have been trying to absorb a lot of tariffs not going to see slow down in inflation especially since dollar in decline
Rule in favor of tariffs-businesses will have confirmation that tariffs are permanent and will start to pass on all tariff costs to customers which will result in major inflation

Either scenario we lose. Economic catastrophe
