Rubio Stages Font Coup: Times New Roman Ousts Calibri

https://www.huffpost.com/entry/rubio-font-times-new-roman-calibri_n_6938c4e6e4b0fc6751e2aa6c

Changing fonts on State Department communications . This is the kind of bold, decisive cutting edge leadership on the war on Woke and DEI we can expect from Rubio as a President wanna be.

Positively gripping stuff!

What an absolute loser. Calibri uses a lot less ink than other fonts and is easier to read. kysrsoze Yesterday #3
They're getting rid of Calibri specifically *because* it's easier to read. Ocelot II Yesterday #4

I wonder how many less OCR errors occur with Calibri. NTR causes a bunch of them. TheBlackAdder Yesterday #9

He, and all of the other criminals, goof-offs, clowns and thieves in this administration are toxic come next year. They hitched their careers and futures to Trump, ignoring the most immutable truth in the universe - EVERYTHING he touches DIES. Vaya con dios Lil' Marco, your career has less than 3 years to go before you are unemployable.

The switch to Calibri (which is also Microsoft's default font) was made so people with visual impairments could read government documents more easily. But doing something that might help a particular group of people is all woke and DEI and we can't have that. Fuck the visually-impaired, let 'em learn Braille - or will Trump order the removal of the Braille dots from elevator button panels, too? And are they still allowing signing for the deaf at government officials' speeches?

They should be using Fraktur - it fits their Nazi vibe and it's very hard to read.

The Dumbo-eared Trump Sycophant is going to cause a lot of problems to be fashionable.
