(24,609 posts)Never not made my membership fees back. Costco backs up everything Ive ever had to return. The folks that work there feel like friends, theyve been there for so long.

So now we have storage for the cereals, rice, beans, flour, cookies, screws & nails, etc, etc, and so forth.

(20,574 posts)As well as received my new Costco Citi VISA card that I will use for all my expenses besides rent. Earn cash back as I spend for what I need. I have been a Costco Executive Member since 2013. LOVE Costco!

(163 posts)Truthfully, we don't got that often because we're a two-person household and the closest stores are about six miles away. We have other local options that are much closer, usually more economical and are either blue, politically neutral or at the very least slightly more democratic than not but, in some cases, are the only store that carries some particular item we need (and we do vote with our wallets in this house). They do have great deals on a lot of things; for some things, we don't always have the storage space or can't finish stuff before it goes bad.
However, I'm so proud of the corporate citizen they are that I don't want to NOT support them (that little thing with the abortion pills aside...pisses me off no end, because women's rights is one of my KEY issues, but I guess nobody's perfect...I don't use their pharmacy and it's not like CVS or Walgreens is ANY better on that front).
