Looking at the vote totals, politically, Texas is one creepy ass state...

Dallam County - 82% of the vote counted = 50 total Democratic votes

Sherman County - 81.1% of the vote counted = 30 total Democratic votes

Hansford County - 95% of the vote counted = 38 total Democratic votes

Briscoe County - 95% of the vote counted = 19 total Democratic votes

There are a lot more counties like this in Texas. Seriously, WTF is going on in Texas?

1. These numbers seem weird, but percentages would be a more illustrative than raw numbers

412 Republicans to only 20 Democrats voted in that county?

4. Indeed it would be better to have percentages

I live in Texas and guarantee it’s true, it’s a non- voting state, as many have been saying for several years.

I often accuse my home county of being the capital of political apathy.

I just hope tonight’s results are a harbinger of change this state desperately needs.

Small towns tend to be overwhelmingly Republican.

6. They probably have extremely low population and those type of areas tend to be Republican

We would need to know the total population or how many votes the Republicans got. If Republicans got 10s of thousands or more votes while the Democrat only got like 50 that would be suspicious.
