And the government can always sort out the legalities once the smoke settles.

I'm sure the media will follow up with this...just like they followed up with the fact that Venezuela is in the same state as before, the regime is still in control and the people are still oppressed. All that happened in Venezuela is some oil got released to a Trump donor.
