It copies much of the Obama agreement that Krasnov tore up.

Krasnov is going to pay Iran a lot of money to end the war. Remember when Krasnov criticized Obama for simply unfreezing Iran's own money? Well Krasnov plans to do exactly the same thing, all sanctions on Iran will be lifted.

Iran is promising not to get the bomb. (something it already promised)

Iran is only allowed to enrich uranium to a certain level. (the exact same level that was in the Obama agreement)

What really matters though, is if this goes through, Krasnov will have ended 9 wars. please don't ask me to use the sarcasm thingy.
